Acceptable Stay, Disappointing Details
poor sound insulation constant disturbances
The rooftop pool offered decent views of the area.
The sound insulation was terrible. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms. Doors slamming and loud conversations were constant disturbances..

a balanced stay
helpful staff attentive staff missing kitchenette obstructed view
the staff were so helpful. siri, john, tor, and peach particularly. i will return to this hotel during my next visit. i know i will be well taken care of.
the room i booked was supposed to include a city view and a kitchenette. this was not the case. the front desk said my room type faced a building and they could not change it.

adequate, but some issues
inconvenient location worn equipment
the room was clean i had no complaints about that
the location proved inconvenient it was quite a distance from many attractions i wanted to visit public transport wasn't easily accessible i relied heavily on taxis this added extra travel time and expense to my daily plans the gym was small and the equipment looked worn.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
poor insulation inconvenient location
i found the sound isolation quite poor. i could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway (this became bothersome at night). also, the location wasn't ideal. while a 7-eleven was nearby, getting to main attractions required taxis (i wish there were more convenient public transport options).

very modern and clean hotel
spacious room comfy bed delicious food helpful staff
i like the spacious room, it had comfy bed after a long flight. the rooftop bar and restaurant was so good. food was delicious. i could walk to a convenience store nearby. staff assisted with luggage.
the hotel is a little far from main attractions, but a taxi is easily available.

the rooftop pool is awesome with city views. the fitness center has treadmills and weights. a co-working space offers a quiet area for remote work with fast internet.
