the staff were so helpful. siri, john, tor, and peach particularly. i will return to this hotel during my next visit. i know i will be well taken care of.
the room i booked was supposed to include a city view and a kitchenette. this was not the case. the front desk said my room type faced a building and they could not change it.

the room was clean i had no complaints about that
the location proved inconvenient it was quite a distance from many attractions i wanted to visit public transport wasn't easily accessible i relied heavily on taxis this added extra travel time and expense to my daily plans the gym was small and the equipment looked worn.

poor insulationinconvenient location
i found the sound isolation quite poor. i could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway (this became bothersome at night). also, the location wasn't ideal. while a 7-eleven was nearby, getting to main attractions required taxis (i wish there were more convenient public transport options).

i like the spacious room, it had comfy bed after a long flight. the rooftop bar and restaurant was so good. food was delicious. i could walk to a convenience store nearby. staff assisted with luggage.
the hotel is a little far from main attractions, but a taxi is easily available.

the rooftop pool is awesome with city views. the fitness center has treadmills and weights. a co-working space offers a quiet area for remote work with fast internet.
